One way to prevent this is from eating 5 times a day, 3 full meals and at least 2 snacks. The food you eat must be balanced. Water is life so they say. The body needs it to process effectively. Water helps a person balance nutrients and makes sure that every part of the organ is doing well. Drink 10 glasses of water, not counting the coffee, soda and fruit juice intake. If you plan to lose weight, try drinking more cold water as the body would need more calories to burn the fat and stay healthy.

Stay Active

Do this by having a hobby. Watching television or sitting up for hours playing games on your computer can shorten your life. This can lead to eye strain  as well as strain of the muscles. It can also lead you to obesity, irritability and will reduce your social activities. Be out there and join organizations that can help you gain information. Fast food contains too much sugar and salt that can destroy the kidneys and can cause heart problems. Make sure to eat healthy meals like green leafy vegetables and to exercise at least 3x a week.
